These terms

By placing an order with SEANT you accept the terms on this page, together with our shipping and exchange and returns policies, which form part of them.

We may update these terms. The version in force is the one published here on the day you order.

Orders

An order is an offer to buy. It is accepted when we send your dispatch confirmation, not when you pay — until then no contract exists between us.

We may decline or cancel an order, refunding you in full, where a piece is unavailable, where a price or description was published in error, or where we reasonably suspect fraud or resale.

Prices and payment

Prices are in Indian Rupees and include GST. We may change prices at any time, but never after you have ordered.

Payment is taken at checkout through our payment provider. We do not see or store your card details.

If a piece is listed at an obviously incorrect price, we will contact you before dispatch and you may confirm at the correct price or cancel for a full refund.

Made-to-order and made-to-measure

Pieces cut to your measurements or made to order are produced for you specifically, cannot be resold, and are not returnable or exchangeable. Please read the returns policy and the size guide before ordering one.

Measurements you supply are taken as given. Where a piece is made correctly to the measurements provided, a poor fit is not a fault.

Pieces as described

We photograph every piece as faithfully as we can, but screens vary and colour on your device may differ slightly from the garment in daylight.

Natural fabrics vary between runs. Small irregularities in weave, drape, and hand-finishing are characteristic of how these pieces are made and are not defects.

Our content

The SEANT name, the photography, the copy, and the designs on this site belong to us. You may not reproduce them commercially, or use them to represent another brand or seller, without written permission.

Buying a piece gives you the piece, not a right to its design.

Liability

Nothing here limits any right you have under Indian consumer law, and nothing here excludes liability we cannot lawfully exclude.

Beyond that, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of India have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.

If something has gone wrong, please write to us first. Most things are faster to fix directly than formally.
