How and when your order reaches you. We ship within India only.
Where we ship
We ship across India only. We do not currently ship internationally.
If you are outside India and would like a piece, write to us through the contact page — we cannot promise anything, but we would like to know where you are.
Dispatch
Pieces held in stock are dispatched within 2–3 business days of your order being placed.
Made-to-order and made-to-measure pieces are cut for you after you order, and take 10–15 business days before dispatch. Where an order contains both, we hold it and ship together unless you ask us to split it.
Delivery times
From dispatch, delivery is typically 3–6 business days to metro addresses and up to 8 business days elsewhere in India.
Remote pin codes can take longer, and monsoon or festive periods can add a few days across the board. These are working days and do not include Sundays or public holidays.
Shipping cost
Shipping is complimentary on all prepaid orders within India.
Where cash on delivery is available, it carries a handling fee shown at checkout before you confirm.
All prices on the site include GST. There is nothing further to pay on delivery for a prepaid order.
Tracking
You will receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order leaves us. If it has not arrived within 24 hours of your dispatch confirmation, check your spam folder before getting in touch.
If a parcel is marked delivered and you do not have it, tell us within 48 hours so we can open a claim with the carrier while it can still be traced.
Address changes
We can change a delivery address only before dispatch. Once a parcel is with the carrier the address is fixed, and a re-route is at their discretion and may carry a fee.
Please check your address and pin code carefully at checkout — this is the single most common cause of a delayed order.
Undelivered parcels
Carriers attempt delivery up to three times. If nobody is available, or the address cannot be found, the parcel returns to us.
We will write to you when it arrives back and can re-ship it once. For a prepaid order we can instead refund it, less the cost of the return leg.
