Exchange & Returns Policy
What can come back to us, and on what terms.
The window
You may request an exchange or return within 7 days of delivery. Requests raised after that window cannot be accepted.
The date of delivery is the one recorded by the carrier, not the date you opened the parcel.
Condition
Pieces must come back unworn, unwashed, and unaltered, with all original tags attached and in their original packaging.
We check every return. A piece returned with signs of wear — makeup, fragrance, deodorant, smoke, alteration, or damage — will be sent back to you and no refund or exchange will be issued.
Made-to-order and made-to-measure
Pieces cut to your measurements, or made to order, cannot be returned or exchanged. They are made for you alone and cannot be resold.
This is why we ask you to check the size guide carefully, and why we would always rather answer a question before you order than after. If you are between sizes or unsure of a measurement, write to us first.
Exchanges
We exchange for a different size in the same style, subject to availability. If your size is unavailable we will offer a refund or a credit note, whichever you prefer.
One exchange per order. An exchanged piece is final.
Refunds
Once your return reaches us and passes inspection, we issue the refund to your original payment method within 7–10 business days. How quickly it appears after that is set by your bank, not by us.
Cash-on-delivery handling fees are not refundable. Return shipping is at your cost unless the piece arrived faulty or we sent the wrong one.
If something is wrong
If a piece arrives faulty, damaged, or is not what you ordered, tell us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs. We will arrange collection at our cost and replace or refund it in full, including what you paid to have it delivered.
Small irregularities in weave, drape, and hand-finishing are characteristic of the fabrics and construction we use, and are not faults.
Not returnable
Beyond made-to-order and made-to-measure pieces, we cannot accept returns on items bought in a final-sale or archive promotion, or on gift cards.
Where a piece is final sale, it is marked as such on its product page before you buy.
